Aya has been a massage therapist for 6 years and has worked in a range of different massage clinic settings in Melbourne.
Her massage technique has a Thai Massage and Japanese shiatsu Influence, where she incorporates stretching to release muscular tension.
She specialises in the following techniques: Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Shiatsu Massage.
Aya tries to always encourage clients to focus on stretching and mobility exercises as they will help the body recover from strenuous exercise and prevent injuries.
Pre-natal Massage
Aya has a special interest in pregnancy massage and has completed the qualification to become a Practitioner of Pregnancy Massage. She will tailor the treatment to suit your needs and provide a deeply relaxing massage focussing on any areas of concern, including shoulders, lower back, hips and feet, all of which become effected during pregnancy and cause additional stress on the body.

Brendan Pickles
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Brendan is a myotherapist who does deep tissue massage, cupping, dry needling and taping
He has always been interested in human movement physiology from a young age but it wasn't until he started training heavily in Martial arts that he really wanted to learn more. He completed his Cert IV in Fitness with the aim of working as a personal trainer his martial arts studio. After completing his Cert IV he really wanted to learn more about the body so he completed his Diploma of Remedial massage, then his advanced diploma in Myotherapy at Q academy in Brisbane. He is currently studying Osteopathy with the hopes of becoming a well rounded Allied health professional.
Brendan is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays
Matt Granato
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Matt provides remedial massage with a focus on broad, firm strokes and a slow and steady pace. He uses myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, and likes to include gentle movement to explore and improve range of motion. Matt takes a holistic approach, helping everyday people with common ailments such as headaches and low back pain, providing pregnancy massage, as well as athletes and martial artists with specific injuries and restrictions.
Matt studies anatomy and physiology at university and practices martial arts in his spare time.
Matt is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday afternoons and evenings.
Jill Griffiths
Lymphoedema Therapist, CPT.MLDI, MLDII, MLDIII (USA) CPT(AUST)
Jill is a lymphoedema practitioner who uses a combination of techniques including manual lymphatic drainage, to treat a broad range of inflammatory soft tissue conditions affecting the body’s lymphatic/immune system. Common symptoms include fatigue, pain and oedema (swelling). These may be acute or chronic, typically following illness, injury and surgical procedures.
Specialised treatments using MLD techniques, exercise and compression garments, collectively known as complex physical therapy (CPT) after major surgery and removal of lymph nodes are used to treat and prevent post surgical lymphoedema. This has also been an important focus off Jill’s work.
European and Australian trained, she has many years of experience as a practitioner, researcher, lecturer and writer.

Direct referrals from Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Vascular Specialists, Oncologists, Orthopaedic Specialists, Podiatrists and General Practitioners are accepted.
Jill is happy to discuss your patients individual treatment plans, including Lymphoedema treatments.

Stacey Dennis
Stacey is a qualified Myotherapist who understands the importance of being able to move freely so life can be as fun and pain-free as possible.
Since completing an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy in 2013, Stacey has been working to alleviate muscular pain and dysfunction for a wide variety of clients.
She uses a range of modalities to restore range of motion. Her treatments are a balance of deep tissue and restorative work to facilitate balance in the body.
She works with her clients to create a tailored approach and enables clients with knowledge and recommended self-care techniques to continue improvement beyond the treatment.
Stacey enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and being outdoors. She believes regular massage is a key component in injury prevention and an important part of sustaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
Stacey works every second Saturday from 9am-2pm
Jessica Razos
Jessica is a certified and accredited Remedial Therapist and Myotherapist. Since completing her studies at RMIT, she has built on her skill set with over 3 years of experience in boutique clinics around Melbourne.
Her deep-seated passion for strength and recovery stems from a young age where she practiced years of body awareness through classical ballet, based on the finest traditions of holistic training under the acclaimed Russian Methods of Borovansky.
Jessica incorporates a holistic approach in every treatment with a primary focus on recovery, providing clients with take home exercises tailored to their specific needs. She specialises in Deep Tissue, Rocktape, Myofascial Dry Needling, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy and Myofascial Tension Techniques.
Jessica is available every Tuesday 2pm - 7pm and every second Saturday from 9am - 2pm.
