Free Full Moon Meditation

Thursday 11 August 5.30-6.15pm

It has been a challenging last few years however we have decided to reinstate our regular FREE Full moon meditation series from this Thursday 11th August 5:30-6:15pm.

 

We haven’t seen so many people for so long and have decided to resume these session to recreate the sense of community that we all miss so dearly. 

 

These session will be less formal than our other meditation classes and will include a bit of discussion and then meditation for the rest of the time. 

 

All participants are welcome to stick around after the session for a cup of tea or join the yin yoga class afterwards.

 

The meditation is open to new and existing students, so if you know someone that would be interested, don’t hesitate to book them in and bring them along.

Anxiety occurs when you are future focussed and have the tendency to worry intensely about everything. One of the symptoms of anxiety is rapid and shallow breathing that can lead to panic attacks if not treated.

 

Anxiety is a coping mechanism and in normal situations, it’s a reaction to stress and overthinking until it becomes your only coping mechanism. Anxiety becomes a problem when you don’t build up strategies to deal with your stress and worrying or find ways to reduce them.
