This is a 7 Week Meditation course that comes out of the Gita Yoga tradition. This course is designed to help you develop a meditation practice. You will learn 7 different techniques to enable you to choose techniques to help you through the challenges of everyday life.
Each week you will receive a new guided meditation, recorded discussions, information and inspiration. The techniques vary from breathing exercises, to meditations on music to visualisations. You also get two bonus meditations on mindfulness and pain for FREE.
